Western Kansas Deer Habitat

One very good deer farm in terms of isolation from year round human activity, cover and grain crop food source as well as year round water. A good whitetail deer and Rio Grande turkey spot.

The aerial is deceptive. The land pictured above is 1 1/2 miles long and 1 mile wide. Deer and deer sign exist throughout this shallow and wide valley.

The three ground pictures below are of the aerial above.

Panoramic of what appears to be mostly broad slopes of open country.

Once inside the valley floor more contour than what most expect is found breaking up the fields into hidden areas.

Within the brush areas is nearly a continuous line for 1 1/2 miles of any one of hundreds of loafing spots all within easy walk to water and grain fields.
