John and Jon,

I thought I better drop you a note to say thanks for everything you guys did for me last year. I'm sorry it has taken so long but I've been waiting on a taxidermist to get one of my deer done so I could get a few pictures of it to send you. My field pictures were of poor quality.

I joined in January '03 and have made six trips to club land from West Virginia. You already have pictures of'03 turkey season a some trail camera pictures from bow season. Included are a few more including the '04 turkey season.

The first deer came with a bow in [location deleted]. I made a marginal hit on the deer and didn't recover it. I called Jon Nee and gave him the details. He went out a couple of weeks later and bird hunted the property and recovered my deer for me. That phone call came as a huge surprise.
The second came in [location deleted] and it was a deer that John Wenzel had seen bird hunting and helped me out on. It scores in the 150's and is my biggest deer to date.

Also included are some pictures of my first midwest pheasant hunt with a couple of West Virginia grouse dogs. We came out between Christmas and New Years and it was great. We also harvested several quail.

I greatly appreciate all the extra effort with finding my deer, giving accurate information, helping me acquire a landowner tag, and finding great hunting land.
