Record Deer

The
world record 8 point whitetail, as of 1996 taken by rifle, came from Nemaha
County, Kansas where we have 13,000 acres at that time of private hunting lease land. And, we had
this land long before 1996.
However,
this is not the only location of record book quality deer. We do not chase the
record book and have had land for many years in some of the latest counties to
produce record deer in terms of those that are listed in books.

No
one person can hunt all the land we have. What large land acreage does for
us is give the hunter the flexibility to hunt Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer,
pheasant, quail, duck, goose, Rio Grande Turkey, Eastern Turkey plus any other
legal to hunt game. For the hunter that dedicates himself to only one game type
our acreage gives him the variety of hunting different habitat types. Deer
hunters can choose between large wooded areas, crop predominate farms, funnel
areas, etc. Deer hunters can also hunt several states and have more land access
in each than they can cover even if hunting every day of the season. The more
states and seasons available to hunt the more flexibility on scheduling vacation
days and rut periods.
No
guide service offers this flexibility and sheer size of what we offer.
Photo Saturation We have experienced a phenomenon of reviewers of this deer gallery. They
become saturated by deer pictures of many large deer to the point that when a
seemingly small rack shows up they immediately call it less than a trophy. Admittedly
this rack is shown at a poor angle and does not reveal its full size. It is
however, a quality rack on a fine deer.

A big body whitetail makes the rack look small.
This rack is wider than the hunter's shoulders. |
