UnequalLand is acquired in recognition that not all of Kansas, Iowa and Missouri is equal in its game production for bowhunting and any other discipline. We lease land where the game is. Our leased land is concentrated to minimize driving time and maximize hunting time. Every land lease is surveyed by a land manager and negotiated separately to get the most for every membership dollar spent. Landowner relationships are critical to the Association's success. We will quickly dismiss any hunter that degrades our landowner relations though rudeness, illegal actions, abusing the land or wildlife.
We do not offer special pricing to gain more hunters. More hunters is not our goal, we want good hunters. That is why we screen applicants and not all who apply gain membership. Trophy whitetail deer bowhunting members will find they are within a similar group and may hunt private land without competition.
Additional advantage to our organization is when a bow hunter finds that great stand area he may place multiple stands to cover the same spot and shift from one stand to the other when the wind changes. And, if that ground does not work for the hunter he may pick up and move to another property. Try doing that in one season several times if a hunter leases his own farm and is stuck with that farm the entire season regardless of its productivity. First a Brittany Hunter, Then A Duck Hunter and Now Whitetail Deer Bow hunter
